The Board’s regular meetings may be held bi-monthly on the second Sunday of odd numbered months starting with January.
The board meeting shall convene at 3:00pm and all members may attend unless the Board elects to enter Executive Session to discuss a confidential matter.
If a meeting is changed, members will be notified at least one week prior to the new date. Additional meetings may be called by the Directors, or by any four members. Notice will be given to the membership at least one week in advance.
Note: Meeting days may change due to holidays or park events.
